| Viten® sticks, since years highly regarded on the market, are a complete food rich in fruits, vegetables, honey and minerals.
They compose a nutrient and balance meal with a great tasting for our small friends.
Viten® Premium line is packed in an exclusive transparent plastic tube with 3 single packed sticks to maintain the freshness and fragrance of the product.
Moreover it’s included a multi-purpose clip (patented) that could be placed horizontally or vertically among the meshes of the cage.
Viten® line is available in a thermoformed plastic tray with 2 sticks packed in a transparent flow pack.
The several recipes are being developed for the specific needs of all bird’s families: canaries, budgies, exotics, parakeets , lovebirds,
insectivorous
and parrots.
All contains vitamins A - D3 - E - C and minerals, important elements for the well-being and illness prevention of the bird.
The latest innovation on the market is the new Viten® GRIT stick for birds based on fine minced oyster shells (70%) that contains 98% of calcium carbonate, soluble in water, an important element to help the grinding and absorption of the seeds and improve the digestive process.
The net weight of the Viten® stick, indicated on the pack, refers only to the ingredients.
The resin-free wooden stick can be pecked at and gnawed by the birds without any issues.
Suggested dose:
On average (depends on the weight of our small pet and its feeding habits) for a diet based on sticks and mix, we suggested:
- canaries n.1 stick every 2 to 3 days;
- budgies n.1 stick every 2 days;
- parrots n.1 stick every 1 to 2 days.
Important: do not forget to give the birds some water and to replace it regularly during the week.

Compared to the traditional and aged “bath system”, Viten® has developed its own “multilayer rolling system” that guarantee innumerable advantages:
smoother cylinder shape with captivating visual impact,
accurate weight control,
capability to change and customize the recipe in a simple and effective way,
possibility to choose among different hooks for the wooden stick (plastic made, wire, without hook).
It’s always feasible to separate the hook from the wood stick to allow the recycling and respect the environment.
Every layer of the stick is baked at high temperature to obtain a sterilized product.
Once cooled, the stick is aromatized with natural flavouring and packaged in sealed flow pack in order to preserve fragrance and freshness.
